If, for some unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend the event, and you have already paid in full, you can transfer your enrollment with our Attendee Substitution Option. This option allows you to select a friend, family member, or colleague to attend in your place.

Within 72-hours you may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to Leta Russell International LLC a written notice that is signed and dated, postmarked prior to midnight of the third business day after your initial purchase date. For those who decide to cancel their enrollment to attend Dream Big Launch Bold after the 72-hour window, your cancellation notice must be provided to Leta Russell International LLC in writing to the address provided above. The amount of $27.00 will be retained by Leta Russell International LLC as a nonrefundable, nonreturnable deposit. Thus, you will be refunded the amount of $70.00..
Note: Consideration will be extended on a case-by-case basis if post-marked mail prior to the 72hr, and 15 day windows can be produced as “failure to deliver” by the USPS (UPS, FedEx, etc.), or in the event of a documented medical emergency.
If you elect to not attend after full payment has been made; or if you choose not to elect an Attendee Substitution (Ref. Early Cancellation – Attendee Substitution Option), or to not officially cancel per these provided terms and conditions, without express prior written consent from Leta Russell International LLC, you will forfeit all tuition payments held by said company.

You acknowledge you are not relying on any warranties, guarantees made by us, or others claiming to act on our behalf unless they’re party to this agreement. All other communications are superseded by this agreement. If it becomes necessary to enforce these terms with legal action, we will be entitled to collecting attorney fees and costs incurred. Failure to sign the Leta Russell International General terms, release and policy at registration table at the event will deem cancellation of your attendance at the event and forfeiting your deposit of $97.00 USD.
