I love titles that have 3 to 5 words with great syllabic sounds. I named my most recent course "6 Week Money Mojo". I can't boil down exactly how I pick my titles, I just know it when I hear it. Following your example right now I am finalizing putting the legal and financial business foundation. I definitely don't like numbers, although I was good at math in school, but I don't like looking at the numbers in my business... so I am putting a person in place to take care of that and keep me informed on a monthly basis of what's happening, so it's easier to know what actions are needed for the future. I personally have never been involved in a mastermind where it's simply a free for all. I believe structure and purpose is part of the mastermind concept and keeps it from becoming a social occasion. However, I also believe that a mastermind need not be dependent on one facilitator only. Anyone in the group should be able to step into that role if needed and sometimes even adds a fresh perspective when they do. A true mastermind invites the equal participation of everyone bringing something to the group in both leadership and experiences to enrich the group as a whole and bring the "third mind" into play.
